Do I need to create a user account on the website to make a booking?
No, you can make a booking without creating a user account. Creating a user account enables you to carry out functions such as cancelling and rescheduling appointments. A user account is also enables a more convenient way to make bookings.
Is there parking available?
Free on-street parking is available outside the property.
Why has a lot of time been allocated to my treatment(s)?
I like to ensure that as much time as possible is allocated to each treatment to ensure that customers feel comfortable and to ensure that they are entirely happy with their service. All of my treatments have additional buffer time allocated to ensure this. When booking multiple consecutive treatments you may find that the time allocated to your treatment excedes that which is required.

On the website I accept the following major debit and credit card brands and payment options:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay, Jcb, Diners Club, CartesBancaires, Discover, Electron, Maestro, Apple Pay.


For in-person payments I accept cash as well as the following major debit and credit card brands and NFC payment options (contactless or chip and PIN):
Visa, V. PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Union Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
