Booking Policy
Cancellation and Refund policy
I understand that plans can change and you may need to cancel your appointment. Please be aware that refunds can only be provided if at least 24 hours notice is given before the appointment start time.
Reschedule policy
If you are unable to attend an appointment and would like to reschedule please do get in touch. Please be aware that more than 24 hours notice is required before appointment start time to enable a reschedule.
Late arrival policy
Late arrivals can negatively affect later appointments. For some massage treatments it may be possible to provide a reduced length treatment. Unfortunately some treatments will not be able to be performed if time does not allow. Please be aware that all late arrivals will be charged at full price.
Complaints policy
Customer satisfaction is my priority. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with the treatment you have received, please in the first instance get in touch. I will endeavour to rectify any issue.
Booking policy
All treatments are pre-booked through website bookings or communication channels (phone, email etc). At least an hour notification is needed before treatment.
